Welcome to season 6, episode 6 of the Woman Uncaged podcast! In this week's episode, we dig into why your calendar can look “fine” and still feel like it belongs to someone else. We’re naming the pattern that many women inadvertently live inside: a part-time job that somehow takes over, a home that constantly calls for attention, and a life where what we truly value (creativity, friendship, nature, rest, meaningful work, etc.), keeps getting pushed to the edges.

We dig into why this happens and how it’s not a personal flaw. Patriarchal conditioning teaches women to center obligation and to treat what lights us up as optional. But it doesn't have to be that way!

If this conversation sparks something in you, subscribe, share it with a friend, and leave a review. What would you center if you gave yourself permission?
